If you are a MSC Status company, you must have your office in the MSC Cybercentre in order to enjoy all the rights, incentives and privileges granted by the Malaysian Government under the MSC Malaysia initiatives. Before you decide on the office, you must be mindful of your company’s MSC Status category – whether it is Tier 1 MSC Status, Tier 2 or otherwise. Your company’s MSC Status category will decide which office you “can” go for. For example, if you are a MSC Tier 1 company, you must have your office in Tier 1 MSC Status building (i.e. any MSC Designated Premises in KL Sentral). However, if your company is a Tier 2 MSC Status company, then you can opt to either have your office in MSC Designated Premises or other commercial premises within the MSC Cybercentre (in this case will be QSentral).
